Aster and Secret advance to the upper bracket final of the ESL One Malaysia

On August 25, the group stage of ESL One Malaysia ended and two top playoff matches were played.

Team Aster, Team Secret, OG and Fnatic made it to the upper bracket of the playoffs. The teams played two matches, as a result of which Team Aster and Team Secret were stronger and made it to the final of the upper bracket. OG and Fnatic lost, dropping to the lower bracket of the tournament.

Entity, TSM, Nigma Galaxy, Thunder Awaken were ranked 3-4 in the groups and therefore will start the playoffs from the lower bracket. The elimination matches will kick off on August 26. Talon Esports, Alliance, BOOM Esports and Team Liquid failed to make it out of groups and dropped out of the tournament.
