Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand has joined TyLoo ahead of IEM XVI – Katowice. This transfer marks the player’s return to the Asian region after two years of competing in North America and Europe.

Now 26-years-old Indonesian player BnTeT became known in 2017 as a member of TyLoo, for which he competed for two years. With them he won StarLadder Invitational Chongqing 2018 and China Cup I, as well placed 2nd at ROG Masters 2017 and IEM XIII – Shanghai.

In 2019, the player decided to leave his home region and join the North American roster Gen.G Esports. The roster turned out to be quite successful locally and managed to win DreamHack Open Anaheim 2020 and ESL One: Road to Rio NA, as well as finished second at cs_Summit 6 Online: NA. However, the team did not perform well at international events.

A year ago BnTeT moved to the international roster of the Russian organization EXTREMUM, which tried to compete both in Europe and North America. However, the team did not manage to reach success in either of the regions.

The player joins the team a few weeks before they will travel to Poland, Katowice to compete at Intel Extreme Masters XVI with $1,000,000 at stake. There they will start from the Play-In stage and compete with another 15 teams for eight invites to the main event.
