Teams Locked in for IEM Katowice 2024 Playoff Stage

On the evening of February 6th, the group stage of Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024 concluded. As a result, six teams have secured their spots in the tournament's playoffs.

The winners of the groups have advanced to the semifinals of the playoffs. In Group A, FaZe Clan faced off against Team Spirit for the top spot. FaZe Clan lost Mirage (the opponent's pick) with a score of 10:13, then fell on their own Nuke with a score of 5:13. Meanwhile, MOUZ emerged victorious in Group B, crushing ENCE on Vertigo (13:5) and Ancient (13:3).

Joining FaZe Clan and ENCE in the quarterfinals are Team Falcons, who defeated NAVI (2:0) and G2 Esports (2:0 against Heroic) in the deciding match.

The quarterfinals and semifinals of the single-elimination playoffs will be played in a best-of-3 format, while the grand final will be a best-of-5. The games will commence on February 9th, and the schedule is available here.
