OG Announce Chuvash as the Coach of their Dota 2 Roster
OG have announced the coach of their new Dota 2 roster – it is a 23-years-old Russian player Evgenii "Chuvash" Makarov. The organization revealed that he has been working with the team since the start of the current Dota Pro Circuit season.
For Chuvash, this is his first experience as a coach. The Russian has been competing in Dota 2 since 2016, playing on the support position. His most successful team was Natus Vincere in 2018 – 2019. Earlier last season he played for EXTREMUM and competed in the Upper Bracket of the Eastern European DPC league – there, they finished 5th in the first season and 8th in the second one.
After winning two The International events and placing 7-8th at the previous one, OG have completely changed their roster. It now mostly consists of young players led by 24-years-old Russian player Mikhail "Misha" Agatov, who earlier worked with the previous OG roster as a coach. The teams currently competes in the first division of DPC 2021/22 Tour 1 and have a 1-1 score – they lost to Team Liquid (1-2) and defeated Team Secret (2-0).
