RMR Events to Take Place in Bucharest in April

PGL have announced the schedule of the upcoming Regional Major Rankings events, which this time will be held in a LAN setting in Bucharest, Romania. Although six previous regions have been formally combined into three, effectively there will be four events, with the European tournament being split into two.

All events will be held consequently in April – the Americas event is scheduled for April 11th – 14th, the Asian event will be played on April 15th – 16th, while the two European tournaments will be played on April 17th – 20th and 21st – 24th respectively. The Asian event will feature only four teams, while the others will have 16 participants each.

The list of confirmed participants looks as follows:

• America: FURIA
• Asia: –
• Europe A: NAVI, Heroic, Virtus.pro, Vitality, CPHF, Astralis, ENCE
• Europe B: G2, Gambit, NIP, Entropiq, FaZe, MOUZ

The rest of the participants will be determined through the qualifiers, which will be played in February and will be open for everyone.

Earlier PGL revealed that they will host this year’s first CS:GO major – it will be held in May in Antwerp, Belgium.
