Royal Never Give Up Win MSI 2022

Mid-Season Invitational 2022 has concluded with a fierce competition between two Asian teams, Royal Never Give Up and T1. The match ended with a 3-2 score in RNG’s favour, who won the first, third and fifth maps. The winners claimed $75,000, while the runner-ups received $50,000.

Both RNG and T1 started the competition by placing first in their Groups, while later they finished first and second in the Rumble Stage. Later in the semifinals RNG outplayed Evil Geniuses, while T1 defeated G2 Esports. Both series concluded with 3-0 scores.

MSI 2022 was held in Busan, South Korea from May 10th – 29th. The tournament’s prize pool was set at $250,000.
